Job Summary: Under the direction of the National Service Manager the Customer Support Technician (CST) is an infield representative responsible for supporting industrial and supermarket customers. The CST will conduct store visits, inspections, troubleshooting and repair within the California time zone area and occasionally in other assigned locations.
Minimum requirements: Requires a technical degree or certification in related field and 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in service and repair in the refrigeration industry. Knowledge of ammonia and Co2 systems is preferred.
