Summary/Objective:
Primary responsibility is answering an emergency hotline involving potential staffing/supply issues, evaluating/prioritizing the issues, and providing appropriate action.
This job requires non-conventional hours. The After Hours Rep will be expected to work from approximately 11 pm to 6 am Sunday through Thursday.
Essential Functions
Receive, prioritize, and troubleshoot incoming calls from Wellness Representatives, to include any screening event emergencies - staffing, supplies, connectivity to internet, tablet troubleshooting
Provide immediate resolution to staffing issues, i.e. replace staff due to no-shows or inclement weather, communicate issues to appropriate Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Department
Document all incoming calls with meticulous attention to detail and record in WellConnect (internal database)
Check-in in with all events that are scheduled to start prior to 7am EST and email Program manager status of event
Pull a daily report from Shiftboard with lead/event information
Make sure all staff are present
Check and follow up with all Shiftboard (online scheduling system for Wellness Representatives) messages appropriately
Monitor the unconfirmed messages for events within 24 hours every hour
Send email to staff who unconfirmed themselves reminding them of the WCS 2 week cancelation policy
Send email to staff who no-call/no-showed to event
Send broadcasts for unconfirmed shifts so staff is aware of the newly opened shift
Contact staff on standby list
Place staff on Administrative Hold when appropriate
All supplies are present
Tablets are up and running
Troubleshoot any issues
Coordinate with site contact (if applicable)

Qualifications:
Reliability is critical
Experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities of varying scales
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate /distinguish true emergencies
Verbal/phone communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
Intermediate computer skills and comfortable learning new technology
Must pass a background and drug check
Must be comfortable working alone
