Primary Intelligence
The Reporting Representative on the Delivery team has the primary responsibility to analyze the in depth win loss and Customer Experience telephone interviews conducted with clients’ buyers and/or sales staff to write concise summaries of the intelligence identified during the interviews. In addition, the analyst will provide aggregated analysis and reporting based on the data collected from the buyer and seller interviews.
Analyze and interpret data to translate into meaningful solutions for clients.
Provide consultants with actionable data recommendations that apply to their clients.
Provide analytical solutions and business insights to address opportunities and create value for the client.
Identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate level analytic solution/approach.
Create summary and/or analysis of quantitative and qualitative data that summarizes the key learning of buyer interviews.
Aggregate analysis and prepare standardized reports for Win Loss, Customer Experience and other programs.
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines working with team members where needed.
Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
A high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize time.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative research; experience specifically with market research.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data; past experience with creating new analytical techniques to address a specific problem.
BS/BA in business communication, analytics, social sciences, or related field preferred.
Experience working with large complex B2B service sales.
