We help our customers stand out at golf tournaments and trade shows, to give memorable gifts, and raise funds at charity golf outings. We have experienced tremendous success and are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team as Corporate Account Sales Specialists. In this inside sales role based in our Lafayette, Louisiana office. You will use the telephone, email, and written correspondence to prospect the national market leveraging our brand, experience, and internet reach. Income & Benefits
We offer a generous compensation plan designed to reward our performers. Pay is a base plus commission structure, anchored around the revenue and profit you generate. Typical earning in the first year is $55,000 - $65,000, with increased earning potential and advancement opportunities each year thereafter. Within the first year, Golfballs.com offers 5 paid vacation days, 7 paid Holidays and 10 available sick days. Medical, dental and vision insurance plans are available plus participation in the company 401k plan.
Job Responsibilities
As a Corporate Account Sales Specialist you are responsible for the development and management of our business to business accounts with the primary focus on the sale of custom logo and promotional merchandise. Golf knowledge is not a requirement for this job. Knowing and following the game of golf is a plus, however, the willingness and ability to quickly learn about our products and processes is far more important.
Additional responsibilities of the Specialist include:
Prospecting, relationship building, and networkingIdentify and sourcing products based on customer needsAccount base revenue growth and product diversificationCreate and adjust proposals and quotesSales order fulfillment and problem resolution
Job Requirements
To qualify for the Corporate Account Sales Specialist role, you must have at least 2 years of success in a business to business sales role, as well as the following:
Positive, ethical, energetic, fun, and committed work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in a quota driven environment
Proficient in all basic computer and internet functions
Personable demeanor and professional appearance
Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
Required education:
Bachelor's
