iSoftStone is looking for Helpdesk Technician to join our global crowdsourcing team. Responsibilities:
1、Maintain existing system and offer technical support to the users. 2、Maintain company’s network servers like file server. 3、Internal e-mail system maintenance such as user creation/deletion, group assignment and troubleshooting. 4、Daily routine of LAN administration including user account management, authorization, security, and file system management; Ensure the security of all the desktops and servers. 5、Offer technical support to end users including PC software and hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and remote technical support. 6、Manage users’ computers, include recorded computer number, code, type, USB and connection; Format disk when computers remove from office
